Pumpkin Carving W/ Ann!

Ann wasn't just awesome for taking our boys to the pumpkin patch to pick out their pumpkins she helped them carve them too! Yippy for no messes at my house!! This was the first time our boys got to carve pumpkins...true story no lie...I know worst parents ever! Pumpkin carving wasn't something I did growing up so I have never done this with my kids. Now painting pumpkins we*have*done and the kiddos love that but pumpkin carving was a whole new experience for them this year. Thank you Ann for helping us start a new tradition. She has all the cool tools and gadgets for making the experience wonderful.
The boys got to pick the design they wanted to carve into their pumpkins. Then they attached them to the pumpkins and started poking holes so they could more easily cut the shapes out with a knife. Pretty neat way of doing it.
This was awesome...Parker's first time cleaning out the guts of the pumpkin...priceless!!

October 28th
Jackson was sick the night Ann carved with Parker and Tanner so she was sweet enough to come over the next night and help Jackson carve his pumpkin.

It turned out adorable. The pumpkin is winking which is something Jackson likes to do!
