Make your own Salad!
I have found that this is the best way to get my kiddos to eat salad! They absolutely love the fact that they get to create their own salad at dinner time. The possibilities are endless and add a little fun for the little ones. In the picture above we have Mixed greens, edamama beans, light red kidney beans, croutons, Chinese noodles, carrots, olives and cheese. We've also used boiled eggs, fresh oven roasted beets, (so much better then canned) pickles, mixed nuts, broccoli, cauliflower, and so much more.
