Sonrise Bible School picnic!

My friend told me about this great Christian bible school that happens every summer and since I'm always looking for fun things for my kiddos to do I decided to take them. This was a week long program that takes place each morning from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. They split the kids up into different age groups and have fun activities for them all day. They even encourage the kids to bring canned goods for charity and they have a competition to see who brings in the most. The winners got to turn one of the youth group leaders into a human ice cream Sunday. So fun! The kids loved it. They learned some really great songs that I find myself singing along too. This was a great event I  hope to take my kids to again next year. Oh, and it was free!
