Happy 7th Birthday Parker!
Parker asked if he could have a Hot Wheels cake and birthday party for his big day. I of course said "yes". What a fun idea and so easy to create fun thrifty games and decorations. I had a blast making party hats, a banner, posters, a table runner and of course the cake!
I heart this picture. The smile on Parker's face warms my heart and makes all my efforts for this party worth it.
When Parker's friends first arrived we had them playing with some of Parker's hot wheel tracks and cars until all the guests had arrived. Then they all got to color and create their own wooden race cars. Next it was time for pin the car on the race track. The boys loved this game and wanted to play over and over and over again. Which was just fine because I took all the time to create it just for the party so I was more then happy to let the boys play as many times as they wanted. The birthday boy went first.
Here's Tanner!
Carson!
Zachary!
Kjeaton!

We then went outside and took turns beating the pinata. The kids did a really good job breaking it open. Inside was loads of candy and Hot Wheel cars for the kiddos. :)
Zachary!
Ben!
We then opened presents. Parker got some wonderful things from his friends and family. Thank you to all!
And of course every birthday wouldn't be complete without cake, ice cream and singing Happy Birthday.
What a great day...Parker finished it off by putting his new Blue Ninja lego set together with daddy. He's been asking for this set since Christmas. LOL!
